Have you always wanted to learn how to quilt, but didn’t know where to start? This Beginner Quilting Retreat is the perfect place to begin your quilting journey in a fun and welcoming space! Join Dee Bushrod, a quilter of 20+ years and passionate pixel quilt enthusiast, for a creative weekend at the rainbow-filled Whatever Craft House. Dee will guide you step-by-step through the essential foundations of quilting in a relaxed and supportive environment.

​Join your fellow creative spirits at the Whatever Craft House on August 28-30 for a bring-your-own project craft weekend! We'll provide breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, two nights rest under a cozy quilt, and a special treat or two. You'll bring your works-in-progress, PJs and a snack to share. Sounds lovely, doesn't it? Check-in at 5pm on Friday and check-out at Noon on Sunday. Dinners and lunch on your own (order in, go out with friends, or bring something along)

​For the past nine years, The Creative Soul Retreat has been a cherished gathering for women to explore art and faith in a nurturing environment. Held at The Whatever Craft House, this retreat has grown into an experience that transcends words—something that must be felt to be truly understood.

You can relax and enjoy creating fun projects with two instructors, working on your projects from home, sipping your favorite beverage, reclining on a cozy chair on a beautiful Victorian porch, sharing conversations, building new friends, and eating delicious meals that you didn't have to cook. ​That's what happens at our retreats, and you are invited to join us!​

Our first Holiday Retreat filled so quickly that we decided to continue the fun! Join Sarah Freeman from Apricot Polkadot and create some whimsical vintage throwback decor for your holidays. Sarah will lead the group in constructing some fabulous bead & sequin trees and inspire you with ideas to decorate your miniature village creations. Begin the holiday season refreshed and ready, after enjoying a retreat that fills your tank!

There is something amazing that happens when Art & Faith Collide in an amazing house full of women, food, coffee, snacks, paints and time to be quiet, restore, rest, stay up late, wake up early, and if you want, wear your jammies all day long.

You’ll enjoy 3 full days of soft soldering with Terri Brush and make three projects. From jewelry to encased shrines with a Halloween sculpted Pumpkin Doll inside! No experience is required to attend. We will be surrounded by wonderful friends, beautiful projects, and plenty of creative magic. If you’ve been wanting to learn soldering or spend a few unforgettable days creating with an amazing group of women, this retreat is for you!
